You have 30 days to change your mind

Your account is deactivated right away and you are signed out. For the next 30 days you can sign back in to cancel the deletion — everything comes back untouched. After that, this is permanently erased:

Your profile — name, nickname, avatar, phone and email
Documents and photos you uploaded (CDL, damage photos, etc.)
Friends, friend requests, blocks, and contact-book uploads
Your routes, trip history, fuel cards and saved devices
Community posts, comments and reactions you made
Your location history and last known position

Backup copies are destroyed within 90 days. Billing records are kept where tax law requires it, and the road reports and shop reviews you shared stay useful to other drivers — without your name. If you drive for a carrier on Milebit, your request goes to them first: employment records they must keep by law stay in their account. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
